A big send off to 2021 on a lean malt base of Heidelberg Premium Pilsner malt with flaked oats, flaked wheat, malted wheat and malted barley. Fermented with Lallemand Verdant yeast strain.
Hops: Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin
