Galleon Cold IPA

Cold IPA borrows elements of easy drinking, light lagers and blends them with bold new world hops and bitterness. Our interpretation of this style uses lager yeast fermented warmer, much like a California Common/Steam Ale, the original West Coast classic craft beer. Yellow gold with a gentle hop haze. Bursting aromas of sweet, freshly sliced grapefruit, kumquat, lime, orange and lemon zest. Pale Australian pilsner malt and rice provide just enough sweetness to balance the hops with a firm bitterness and dry finish.
