Vintage Lager

This beer has been concocted in true European style but made for the Aussie climate, creating a very smooth and easy drinking Pilsner style lager. The use of 100 % pale malt from Australia – only results in a very light style with a beautiful straw-golden colour. Noble hops from Europe deliver a floral aroma, complemented by a delicate fruity character. The full-bodied palate has subtle sweetness punctuated by mild bitter notes. This beer is the perfect accompaniment for all of what the modern Australian cuisine has to offer. Bottom line... It’s just good beer.
