Hoppy Kolsch
Beer Description
Kolsch is one of only two surviving German ales brewed only in Cologne. This style is traditionally very light in colour and light-bodied, but has a subtle grainy malt flavour and a hint of vinous fruitiness. It has very low bitterness and typically very little hop aroma. Our version seeks to combine the classic malt characteristics with a far more floral hop flavour and aroma. This beer can be described as a clean, extremely sessionable lager-like beer, with vibrant and fresh aromatics (predominantly fresh citrus blossom). But dont take our word for it breathe in the aromas, have a taste and see what you think!
