Ah the Hop Harvest! Australian Grown Cascade was our go to. We used 20kg in a hop back (our Mash Tun!). It is fresh, vibrant, citrusy with a floral punch without going overboard. The nose will impress. The beer is built with layers of biscuit and toast with a pinch of Crystal to provide the ideal base for the hero, Australian Grown Cascade hops. It’s ABV 6% and 50 ibu’s.
