Bladerunner

Our Bladerunner Belgian Pale is a follow on from our HCBT collaboration Rule 47 Belgian Ale. Using the same specialty Belgian yeast, we have created another taste of Belgium, changing it up with the addition of rye. This is our summer seasonal, with name and packaging inspired by a local cross country and walking trail of the same name. Medium bodied pouring a rich golden orange hue. Moderate malty, biscuity flavour with a backbone of spice derived from a healthy percentage of Rye malt. Aroma of passion fruit, melon, stone fruit, balanced with low peppery, floral, woody phenols (characteristics) finishing with a dryish smooth palate.
