Taking inspiration from strong Belgian Holiday Ales, we brew a single batch of Big Holiday each summer. A touch of organic orange peel and Tasmanian pepperberry create a spicy aroma followed by a sweet orange flavour. The body is light and the the finish dry. Perfect for celebrations, long lunches and warm weather – our beer for you Big Holiday! Only 900 champagne bottles each summer!
