Maibock

Mai for the month of May and the height of the German Spring; and Bock a style of beer for special occasions. A pale, medium hopped German beer, perfect for the arrival of Spring. The Spalter hops bring with them lovely floral, fruity and sweet spicy aromas which are balanced with the sweet malts. Fermented at 14°C and filtered for a refined, crisp clean finish. A special spring time beer to celebrate the warmer days and longer evenings, everything that Spring is, but in a beer bottle!
