Gary Leonard established Mudgee Brewing Co. in 2007 following in the footsteps of Dressler's Brewery and their famous, "Mudgee Mud" beer. All Mudgee Brewing Co. beer is brewed and packaged with care in Mudgee. It truly is a local beer. The restaurant features breakfast and lunch daily and dinner Thursday- Sunday. Be sure to check our events list for upcoming musical acts and dinner specials. One last thing we do (particularly well): Coffee. We use Fish River Roasters beans and make a mean cappuccino.
