Sitting proudly on the corner of Tasma and Elizabeth Streets in North Hobart, T-Bone's brewpub offers plenty of stainless bling with a bit of a twist; the steam-fired brewhouse runs on waste cooking oil and has beer pouring direct from the bright tanks.
