Hidden Speakeasy and live music venue in the heart of Bondi Junction is launching a new Asian Tapas menu. A food and cultural revolution is underway in the heart of Bondi Junction. This experience is truly unlike anything the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney has seen before. Patrons can expect exciting and innovative flavours in a speakeasy style setting (drawing inspirations from NYC) in this up-and-coming musician hub. The trendy cocktail bar’s new menu will be unveiled to Sydney trendsetters and live music lovers at a media launch to be held on April X from 7pm to 10pm. The team have brought on a new Head Chef Kago Fong who has worked in some of the top restaurants in Hong Kong. Kago’s mission is to test the boundaries of creativity to bring mouth- watering Asian Fusion tapas to the Eastern Suburbs. Kago’s dishes are an explosion of flavour and are set to transform Bondi Junction into a foodie destination.
