Sunny Hill Distillery

Sunny Hill Distillery is the first craft/micro distillery on Yorke Peninsula. Family owned and run with one goal in mind, to produce great spirits.We currently handcraft Vodka made from 100% raw wheat. We take a small portion of our vodka, re-distil it with our gin botanical's to create our gins. Our handcrafted Whisky from Sunny Hill grown barley has made it into the first barrel to rest with many more to come. Our first Rum has also been laid down for the minimum 2 year maturation.
