FRIDAY FOOD TRUCK !! When we had these guys in September... EVERYONE was talking about how they pack so much flavour into their corn pockets. Arepa was the talk of the brewery and we have been so looking forward to bringing them back! Can't make the Friday? That's OK coz we have them coming in Saturday as well ! Move over taco. Arepa's are the new boss in town ! Arepa is a type of food made of ground maize dough or cooked flour prominent in the cuisine of Columbia and Venezuela It is eaten daily in those countries and can be served with accompaniments such as cheese (cuajada), avocado, or split to make sandwiches. Menu: (or similar) Pulled pork and 'slaw Arepa Venezuelan black beans, guasacaca and feta Arepa Sugar cane lemonade PLEASE NOTE: Drinks are not allowed to be consumed outside of the cellar door. The ugly beast has reared his head one last time this year for TUSK DAY 2017. Terrorising his way from bar to bar in WA November 17th, this Imperial IPA is nothing short of gobsmacking. Carefully crafted by using a metric shit-tonne of hops, he charges at you with insane hop aromatics, leaving an aggressive bitterness that finishes drier than most rocks.TUSK IIPA will be nurtured into reawakening to conincide with the launch of WA Beer Week, so you can kick off your boozy festivities the right way. A massive 9.8% Imperial IPA that pushed the boundaries of what people considered drinkable at the time. Deemed a menace to society, we coaxed Tusk into a deep sleep, hibernating for close to 6 years. Although distant in Brendan and Will's mind, they waited long and patiently to release Tusk from his chamber of silence. September 2013 Tusk awoke from his slumber. For too long the Australian community suffered from aged oxidised and imported versions of the heavily hopped style. It was time to push back. Reborn, we shipped the Imperial IPA across Australia promoting the ultimate in fresh Australian hand-crafted beer. Now a bi-annual release, our brewery team work hard to hand deliver the freshest Tusk all over Australia. He is kegged off and delivered fresh from the Swan Valley direct to a couple lucky venues across Perth, all in a day’s work. Things are heating up over here at the brewery. Next Friday 17th November we’re putting our taste buds to the test as we pair fiery food with fiery beer. Load up on chicken wings (or cauliflower, if you’re veggo) and choose from one of four sauces: Carolina Reaper Habanero Classic Buffalo Sweet Barbecue Blue Cheese The Carolina Reaper and Habanero sauces have been made by our very own Chilli Master, Brewer Kenny, who has also brought back a single keg of our 2017 GABS festival beer: Quetzalacatenango Infernal Pale Ale. If you didn’t get to try this beer first time around, brace yourself for a deceptively tropical aroma and upfront citrus flavour that belies the lava-like finish. Doors open at 5pm as usual so come one come all for a dance with the space coyote!

Grace is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter and guitarist from Sydney's Northern Beaches, who recently released her debut EP 'Klexos'. Grace performs a mix of originals and her favorite covers at her gigs, combining the likes of Soul, Kolk, RnB, and Alternative Acoustic. It’s been a fucking rad year for THE DEAD LOVE, touring North America and Australia with the like's of Grinspoon, Hockey Dad, Gang of Youths, DZ Deathrays and Dune Rats to name a few! Hoooo mama! Powerbomb Comedy is back with another red hot lineup headlined by one of our absolute favourites, Andrew Barnett! Since making the NSW finals of RAW Comedy in 2010, Andrew’s become a regular on the Sydney comedy scene with a relaxed, affable style that’s turned him into one of the country’s most sought after headliners. He's a regular at The Comedy Store, and has performed all over Australia. His past Powerbomb visits have always been a riot, and we're super excited to have him close the show. Hosting is another Powerbomb favourite, Daniel Townes!
