We have called in three of our favourites to fill your glasses – the multi-award-winning Old Young's Distillery, Feral Brewing Company and Swan Valley Wines. Chef has injected his dishes with flavours we’ve come to love from the trio, who have all regularly featured over the bar at Henry. From beer-infused pork belly to wine-soaked Margaret River venison, a dessert cameo from the famous pavlova vodka and the sweet nectar of Maylands bees, this is a true culinary ensemble.
