We're turning up the heat for the official launch of our latest limited release winter seasonal beer, Fire Falcon. Come down to our Geelong brewery (free entry) and warm up with a variety of comfort food including spiced up menu favourites, fiery BBQ specials and entertainment that is literally on fire. There will be a veritable cavalcade of hot sauces available for the chilli fiends to test their metal and when you’re feeling the burn, be sure to grab a pint of Fire Falcon Hoppy Red to cut through the spice. Fire Falcon Brewers’ Scribble: A beer built with soul pleasing qualities to enjoy on those sunny Australian winter days. The signature hop, Falconer’s Flight, provides aromas of citrus and pine. Six speciality malts deliver caramel, raisin and subtle nuttiness in the finish. Technical: 5.8% ABV / 38 IBU / 38 EBC
