Come celebrate our first fresh hop harvest ale as we tap the first keg at NOLA on Thursday 4th May. We will have our head brewer Damo & Stu from Fresh Hop Co-Op to talk all things beer and hop related and shouting a few rounds. About the brew......it's a 6.8% IPA brewed with a generous amount of Maris Otter malt and fresh Chinook cones - kindly provided by FHCA in the Adelaide Hills - and finished with Mosaic & Chinook. We will be also pouring Pale, Stout and version 2 of our Black IPA.
