This Belgian Style White Ale (Wit) is straw in colour with a white, dense foam. It has a low malt flavour, low bitterness and a phenolic spiciness highlight the refreshing character. The silky, creamy mouthfeel coupled with the zesty fruitiness makes this beer really sessionable. A citrus twist on the classic Belgian Wit beer. The zest and caviar pearls of the native Thornbush finger lime add little bursts of flavour that impart a pleasant bitter note balanced with the subtle spices of cadamom, coriander and clove.
