American reds are a special breed. Somehow the combination of citrus, pine and tropical hops marry well with the caramel, toffee and chocolate malts. It’s one of our very favourite styles of beer, so we sup’d it up to the max. Simcoe, strata, citra, chinook, mosaic and sabro all melding together to pull out an extensive range of hop flavours. These hop flavours are layered over biscuit, toffee and crystal malts, with just a flicker of roasted wheat. All of the flavours at once, all for you.
