Celebrating place, occasion, and the setting sun. Subtly tart quandong, peach and hibiscus complement complex Belgian yeast and lend a blushing effervescence. Good Saison is an occasion. A style of beer that champions expression over convention, a strong sense of place over universality. Our expression of this enigmatic style includes native quandong, also known as ‘desert peach’, along with peach and hibiscus. These tart, fruity flavours are accented and enhanced by a distinct Belgian strain of yeast, more reminiscent of wine than traditional ale. Our hope is that you fall in love with this beer like we have fallen in love with our island home.
