Saison

Also known as "farmhouse ale", Saison is a complex style of beer which is typically gold to light amber in color. Traditionally, Saisons were brewed in the winter to be drunk during the summer. This beer is often fruity, whilst also very spicy, and has a medium bitterness. Saisons are often bottle-conditioned, with some yeast character and high carbonation.
