Nuke Point

Adding hops during active fermentation can be risky – if the dry hop nucleates the CO2, you can end up with an unstoppable explosion. Freshly hopped beer, flying from the tank like a volcano. Nuke Point is a constant reminder of what must be done in the quest for great beer. Once this beer is 30 days old, we push a big red button and nuke it, replacing it with a fresh batch.
