Mr Fruju

With lingering tropical notes and a relatively low bitterness, Mr Fruju is a New England IPA which delivers a hazy, juicy experience that will leave your taste buds in a state of continuous joy. Freshly squeezed like a breakfast juice, you’ll get a crazy mix of citrus, pineapple, pear and passionfruit. Using more than 40% oats and unmalted wheat, Mr Fruju has a velvety mouthfeel with significant haze. Unlike other IPA’s, we’ve chosen not to add hops during the boil, instead holding these back until whirlpool, to get the highest concentration possible and still deliver a pretty low 40 IBU’s using a combination of Amarillo, Ella and Galaxy hops. We then dry hop in two separate doses, first in early fermentation with Amarillo, Ella & Citra then followed by late fermentation with Mosaic, Galaxy & Citra.
