Dr Tim's

This ale was developed by our Managing Director & Chief Brewer Dr Tim Cooper. With its subtle fruity notes and balanced use of bittering hops, Dr Tim's can be enjoyed at all occasions. The slight cloudiness evident is from the yeast which is carried through the fermentation and produces the natural carbonation. Naturally brewed like all Cooper's Ales, it is packaged into a specially designed can which allows the natural flavours to consistently develop during the secondary fermentation.
