Sunlight

Aptly named because Mildura enjoys more hours of sun than even the Sunshine Coast. Sunlight is a quenching, well-balanced light beer. The use of high quality malt and hops, sourced both locally and internationally allow us to brew a beer that, although low in alcohol, is still busting with flavour. Using just a sprinkling of roasted raw barley brings out the golden colour of the brew, and contributes to a slightly drier finish, which improves drinkability. Regular drinkers of light beers will, we hope, appreciate our efforts.
