Mosaics Beard

This Extra Pale Ale is inspired by the fuller flavoured, heavily hopped ales. Blending Australian pale, wheat and cara malts in the grist contribute a soft sweet backing to full hop flavours, showing off gorgeous orange hue. Aromas grow from bright stone fruit and citrus into notes of sweet resinous pine, ahead of solid bitterness and lingering finish.
