Technically this traditional German wheat beer is known as a ‘Hefeweizen’, but, frankly, we’ve tested your spelling abilities quite enough. Put your nose to this brew and a bold banana aroma, with yes, a hint of cloves, will bowl you over. Obviously this is wheat beer with wit. And it’s just as exotic and interesting as its dockside naming origins suggest. Look for a hazy appearance as it pours, evidence of a special German yeast designed to promote fruit, spice, and an enjoyment of the good things in life.
