Kolsch

Described most simply a Kolsch is a German golden ale. The style hails from the Cologne region of Germany. It is a style that is fermented at lower temperature than most ales and cold conditioned for at least 2 weeks. Our beer presents as a light golden colour with subtle apple and pear fruit flavour and a refined spicy finish. At 4.4% this easy drinking ale is suitable for any occasion.
