X-Wing

Each year on May 4th, the renowned Millennium Falcon blasts off into the craft beer cosmos. It’s a huge 9.5% ABV Imperial IPA showcasing the juiciest hops in the universe. However, our brewers are an impatient lot and couldn’t wait another 6 months. They also wanted the same hop hit in a beer they could drink by the pint! So, in this way the X-Wing XPA was born – a lean, mean fighting machine. While the X-Wing may not match the Falcon in sheer firepower, it more than makes up for this with a nimble flair that sees it run rings around lesser XPAs.
