Rye n gose sling

Our collaboration with The West Winds Gin started out in Margaret River and was finished in Port Melbourne. It’s a stylish, kettle-soured gose, featuring a handsome dose of rye, along with pale and wheat malts. Seawater from a pristine Margaret River beach and coriander seed drive home the saltiness and spice than embody a gose. Finally, we turned it into a citrusy gin sling with a healthy hit of West Wind’s Broadside gin, citrus peel, juniper berries and subtle addition of US Mosaic hops.
