Kiwi's IPA

Kiwi’s IPA was brought to life in Margaret River by our resident Kiwi brewer and so we’ve named this Project Beer in his honour. We mashed in with pale, wheat, melanoiden, caramalt and a little oaty goodness for a golden colour and smooth body. NZ Pacifica, Wakatu & Rakau were used lavishly throughout the brewhouse to give the beer a bold bitter & citrusy flavour. We finished it off with a big dose of NZ Motueka hops into the fermenter, building on the citrusy flavour with a tropical punch in the nostrils.
