Kolsch

Red Duck Kolsch is an easy drinking, full flavoured ale in the style of a Kölsch, the traditional light ales from Cologne, made from malted barley and malted wheat. Brilliantly clear, with fresh, soft aromatics, easy and clean with a crisp dry finish. They have been brewing the appellation Kölsch in Cologne for centuries, and have remained true to the brewing methods of real ales. As our beer was not brewed in Cologne, we can not use the umlaut over the o, but the kind people of Cologne are happy to let us call this wonderful ale a Kolsch.
