Gueuze

The Belle-Vue Gueuze, called "the champagne of the beer", presents a whole and balanced taste between sweet, bitter and sour nuances. It is produced by a mixture of young and old Lambics, which triggers a new fermentation. It contains 5.5% alcohol.
