Coastie Common

Our Coastie common is our take on the classic beer style: the Californian common style of beer. This Lager style originated in California in the mid 19th Century when German Brewers immigrated to the west coast of America. Bringing their brewing know how with them. Lacking in refrigeration they brewed their traditional Lager styles, but had to ferment at warmer ambient temperatures. That combined with the use of readily available West Coast Hops led to this easy-drinking, flavourful beer.
