The Uprising

‘The Uprising’ Belgian IPA! Brewed using the second generation of the Canadian yeast used to brew our Belgian Dubbel - along with a Belgian Abbaye yeast strain – and hopped with 2 lesser known but emerging hops. Barbe Rouge is a French hop that imparts red berry notes (specifically strawberry sorbet) and Halletaur Blanc is a newish German hop that showcases classic noble hop grassy, earthy notes along with some surprising tropical fruit aromas.
