A good beer takes time. The long storage time makes our sunny yellow "Original Helles" a mild, tasty beer pleasure with fine-pored, white foam. Mildly hopped and with a pleasantly fresh spiciness in the taste, it goes perfectly with salads, poultry and stews - but especially with a hearty snack.
