Nightsweat Moonshine

NIGHTSWEAT is a brand new collaboration we've concocted with our favourite Missouri son Nathaniel Rateliff – aptly named after his new band The Night Sweats. The collaboration coincided with Nathaniel's first ever tour down under. Created and distilled locally at Young Henrys Newtown; the mash is made up of malt and rye with a hint of chocolate malt. The batch is then distilled three times to make a high purity spirit, before blending it again with water to reach 42% alcohol content.
