Organic Honey Beer

Amber and honey aromas very marked, Organic Honey Beer is, as one would expect, a product with a predominant taste of honey. This characteristic should not, however, place it in the category of sugary beers, with which it has nothing in common. Because honey is refermented (ie consumed) by the yeast present in the bottle, the Organic Honey Beer is not a sweet beer but it is normal to find aromas and the taste of honey. Especially as our selection of powerful honeys make it a typical beer. The true refermentation in the bottle, which can last a long time in your cellar, leads to a complex beer.
