Moinette Ambree

La Moinette Ambrée is an amber beer of high fermentation, refermented in bottle. Developed in 2016, it allows us to present a trilogy centered on one of our flagship products, la Moinette. Its color, taste and aromas are the result of mixing a mixture of 5 different malts. At tasting, it is especially the aromas of special malts and fine hops that dominate; the combination of fruity and bitterness gives a beautiful balance to the Amber Moinette. A real refresher in the bottle, which can last many months in your cellar, results in a harmonious and thirst-quenching beer.
