Beer Description
Using apple-wood cold smoked salt from SMALT, we’ve created a strong German-style wheat beer with flavours of salted caramel and banana. Reminiscent of its namesake from German folklore, Rübezahl; a dark, foreboding forest spirit. Brewed for GABS 2017.
