Cascade ‘Blue’ as it is known, is a refreshing lager with a sharp, fresh character fruity notes and balanced hop bitterness. Double malted with a high percentage of pale malt and a hint of dark crystal malt it is bright gold in colour. Easy drinking and refreshing, Blue’s full-body is complemented by crisp hop characters from locally grown Pride of Ringwood hops.
