    La Sirene Brewery
    La Siréne Harvest Ale (5.5% ABV) is a truly local ale that has been fermented with Brettanomyces wild yeast and has been hopped to the max using Australian & NZ aromatic hop flowers to really give this ale a funky & hoppy profile. Appearance Straw coloured and cloudy by appearance, this rustic looking farmhouse beer pours with good head potential. Our Harvest ale is full of vibrant tropical notes with a hint of farmhouse funk. Palate Built on a pale ale malt base, this beer displays citrus, lime and tropical notes from the hops and finishes super crisp & refreshing.
