An English Best Bitter: slightly creamy and mildly crisp. Inspired by the classic Bitters and pales that are enjoyed around the folk music scene of Northern England. Pale golden in colour; this beer has a malt backbone of classic and specialty grains.Classic and new world hops are also used in combination to give a modest bitterness, perfect for a session beer. Hops also give subtle citrus fruit aromas that blend with the traditional earthy aromas of an English Yeast to give it an interesting twist.
