Best Bitter

Best bitters are flavourful and refreshing, with an emphasis on drinkability. They typically have some malt aroma, often with a caramel quality, and mild fruitiness.
They are medium gold to medium copper, and may have very little head due to their low carbonation. Bitterness will be medium to high, with moderate to low hop flavor and low to medium maltiness with a dry finish.
