M.I.A. I.P.A.

A celebration of fruity, tropical, floral hops, with a nicely balanced bitterness and a malt structure that does just what it needs to let the hops sing. Aptly named M.I.A. because with the first batch just about to be kegged, our brewer at the time (Jon Seltin) went paragliding at lunchtime and then didn’t come back from lunch. It turned out he had to make a forced landing on Mt Feathertop and didn’t get back till late into the night.
