Saison Japon

Thunder Road Brewing Company's Saison Japon was born as a collaborative effort between Tokyo-born master cocktail alchemist Yoshi Kurasawa of Mugen and Robot Bar fame and TRB's brew team in 2014.   Infused with Japanese botanicals, this interpretation of Saison combines European complexity and finesse with the four traditional Japanese flavor essentials of Konbu, Shiso, Yuzu and Ume.  This award winning completely distinctive beer combines the best of Japanese refinement with a Saison's spicy, crisp and quenching hallmarks.
