FATHOM Sour Dark Ale
Beer Description
A blend of aged stout, aged amber and young amber ales. Aged in ex-Sherry casks and bourbon barrels for over 5 years. Biscuity with a toffee backbone lifted by a sharp acidity. Hints of plum, berries and stone fruit plays on the palate.
