A fusion of East meets West, our Yuzu Sake Sour is a creative blend of multiple brewing techniques that tested the technical skills of our team. This brew is all about balance and is meant to be light and drinkable. Yuzu, a Japanese citrus, starts things off with a zesty, spritzy kick while the Sake and oak provide complex, smooth undertones that keep the beer in perfect harmony.
