Oak barrel-aged sour blonde ale Our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of aged lambics, Rueuze, is becoming something of a tradition around here. Our Bruers tasted and hand-selected only the best barrels for this release, which they then blended to taste. Wild notes of hay, barnyard funk, and olive round out a well-balanced acidity.
