Pilsner

Originating from the city of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, a Pilsner is characterised by a more prominent hop character. Brewed slowly using traditional techniques and an all grain mash, our Pilsner is fermented at 14°C. A nice cool fermentation enhances the delicate balance of sweet malty notes given off from the Munich Malt and Pale Malt and with the addition of Czech Saaz Hops and Hersbrucker Hops a spicy citrus note is added. Our Pilsner is filtered for a lovely clear, clean finish.
