Beer on a hot day. Strawberries and cream. Voyager Organic Pilsner Malt and Bluestone Pilsen yeast. Some things are just made for each other. Brewed as a showcase of quality Australian ingredients this beer spent just over 100 days in stainless, 70 of which were dedicated to a cold, cold lagering.
100 Day Pils exhibits light bready notes with a firm, yet fleeting bitterness. Perfect on a hot day. Or any day for that matter.
